International Trade Fair for Home and Contract Textiles
Dear exhibitors, dear visitors, dear partners,
The current situation with respect to the corona pandemic and the associated international travel restrictions have caused Messe Frankfurt to postpone the next Heimtextil, the world’s biggest trade fair for home and contract textiles, from the planned dates in January until 4 to 7 May 2021. Thus, Heimtextil 2021 shares the fairgrounds with Techtextil, the leading international trade fair for technical textiles and nonwovens, and Texprocess, the leading international trade fair for processing textile and flexible materials. The two trade fairs are held every two years in May and, together with Heimtextil, offer the opportunity to present the entire textile value chain at Frankfurt Fair and Exhibition Centre from 4 to 7 May 2021.
We will do everything in our power to ensure a safe and successful Heimtextil 2021. Nevertheless, we cannot ignore the fact that, at present, it is impossible to predict when some of the international exhibitors and visitors will be able to return to Germany because of current travel restrictions. Therefore, we are confident that the situation with respect to the corona pandemic will have eased significantly by May, next year, and are looking forward to holding a successful and safe event together with our partners from the sector.
